Vision: Establish BTW as the UK’s flagship regional tech conference & a magnet for global attention.

Execution: Delivered an integrated, full-funnel marketing strategy, boosting footfall from 7.5K to 8K+ in 2024. Produced bespoke campaigns for 60+ sponsors (IBM, BGF, University of Warwick), providing tailored assets, fulfilment plans, and impact reports.

Results: +74% year-on-year increase in global impressions (120M+), improved partner retention, and a significant uplift in inbound sponsorship leads
